Using eazestay
eazestay is provided to hotels to receive and manage guest requests. Each hotel is responsible for its own team accounts.
Pilots
Pilot terms, length and scope are agreed in writing with each hotel before go-live.
Data processing
A data processing agreement is available on request.
Changes
We will let hotels know before these terms change.
